Job Description
You will join a dynamic FP&A team that operates in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. The FP&A team is responsible corporate financial management reporting, budgeting and forecasting cycles, scenario analysis and long term financial planning. As part of the Treasury and Financial Planning Department reporting into the CFO, the team benefits from a collaborative structure that adapts quickly to changing business needs. You will work alongside three finance professionals and report directly to the Team Lead Financial Planning & Analysis.
As an FP&A analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening our financial planning and analysis activities that drive the company’s performance. Working closely with experienced finance professionals and cross-functional teams, you will assist in turning financial data into meaningful insights. This role is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring, while building a strong foundation in developing a solid understanding of how finance contributes to strategic goals.
Emphasis is placed on the following:
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in close cooperation with Finance Business Partnering and Project Control and understand deviations between actuals and forecast;
- Generate monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards, assist with the preparation of advisory board reports;
- Maintain financial models and tools that support scenario planning;
- Contribute to standardisation initiatives, special projects and ad hoc analysis;
- Ensure data consistency and quality across planning models, financial systems and reporting tools;
- Actively participate in SAP implementation and contribute to the selection and implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
Education & Experience

You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a financial related study, Brevet or similar level of working skills and knowledge;
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in FP&A or as a business controller;
- Experience or strong interest in data analytics tools, interpretation and visualisation;
- Familiarity with programming languages is a plus;
- Fluency in English, proficiency in French and/or Dutch is preferred.
