As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues across our offices and vessels worldwide. At the same time, you will build a strong technical foundation and gradually grow into one of our specialized IT domains such as Tech Security, System Engineering, Network & Infrastructure, or Business Applications.

Job Description
You will start in a broad support role, where you learn how our IT landscape operates in a global and highly dynamic environment. From day one, you are encouraged to look beyond incidents and understand how systems work end-to-end.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing 1st line IT support via phone, email, self-service portal and desk;
- Troubleshooting issues related to workplace, identity, and standard applications;
- Registering, categorizing and documenting incidents in TOPdesk;
- Supporting onboarding and setup of laptops, desktops and mobile devices;
- Monitoring systems and identifying recurring or structural issues;
- Collaborating with 2nd line and engineering teams on more complex cases;
- Contributing to small improvements, standardization and automation where possible.
Your growth path
We see the IT Support Desk as a launchpad for our technical teams.
Within 12–24 months, you will gradually move towards a specialization based on your interests and strengths, such as:
- Tech Security

- Network & Infrastructure
- Business Applications
- Custom Applications
- Cloud & Platform
As you grow, you will:
- Take on more complex (2nd line) issues
- Contribute to improvements and small projects
- Work more closely with engineering teams
Education & Experience
You are at the start of your IT career and eager to learn. You enjoy solving problems, but more importantly, you want to understand why they occur.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with concepts like Active Directory or Azure is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Structured way of working and attention to detail
- Curiosity and motivation to grow into a technical specialization
Nice to have:
- Experience with ITSM tools
- Basic scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
- Interest in infrastructure, networking or security
