Division Description

We are looking for a Engineering Planning Analyst to join our Project team in Brazil. The role focuses on monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the overall schedule of services in Subsea Installation Engineering Projects. The position will play a key role in interfacing with technical and management areas, ensuring the updating of information in Primavera P6, as well as the preparation of reports, presentations, and critical analyses to support decision-making.In addition to focusing on planning, the professional will contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools, process automation, and dashboard development.

Job Description

• Monitor, update, and analyze the overall service schedule in Primavera P6.
• Prepare bi-weekly Incident Reports and consolidate information for the project's Monthly Report.
• Create and present monthly presentations for schedule meetings and review meetings.
• Update, enhance, and monitor dashboards in Power BI, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Automate tasks and processes using Power Query and Python, primarily applied to Excel spreadsheets.
• To work in conjunction with various areas of the project to collect, validate, and consolidate information.

Education & Experience

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in project planning and schedule control.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP, Python, and Power Query will be a plus.
• Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills in management meetings.
• Proactive, with a sense of prioritization and ease in working with multiple areas.
• English: Advanced/Fluent
