Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) division plays a critical role in safeguarding people, assets, and the environment across all Allseas operations. Unit Scope

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out activities and tasks in accordance with Allseas’ corporate objectives;
  • Become familiar with and comply with the Allseas management system;
  • Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the management system;
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment for Allseas employees and contractors working at all Allseas facilities;
  • Identify areas of exposure or improvement within the department or its objectives;
  • Conduct inspections and audits to diagnose the institution’s occupational health and safety (OHS) situation;
  • Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment.
  • Develop educational actions in the field of health and safety at work; integrate negotiation processes.
  • Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; take part in investigations and analyses of work-related accidents and recommend preventive and control measures.

Education & Experience

Minimum Education

  • Technical degree in Occupational Safety (with active registration according to local regulations).
  • Preferred: Additional certifications or specialization in Health, Environment, or Safety Management.

Minimum Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial environments, heavy construction, oil & gas, or onshore projects.
  • Hands-on experience in audits, inspections, risk management, accident investigation, and implementation of preventive programs.
