Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out activities and tasks in accordance with Allseas’ corporate objectives;
- Become familiar with and comply with the Allseas management system;
- Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the management system;
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment for Allseas employees and contractors working at all Allseas facilities;
- Identify areas of exposure or improvement within the department or its objectives;
- Conduct inspections and audits to diagnose the institution’s occupational health and safety (OHS) situation;
- Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment.
- Develop educational actions in the field of health and safety at work;
- Integrate negotiation processes. Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes;
- Take part in investigations and analyses of work-related accidents and recommend preventive and control measures.
Education & Experience
Requirements:
- Occupational Safety Technician certificate
- Registered by Ministry of Labor.
- Preferred: Additional certifications or specialization in Health, Environment, or Safety Management.
Minimum Experience
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial environments, heavy construction, oil & gas, or onshore projects.
- Hands-on experience in audits, inspections, risk management, accident investigation, and implementation of preventive programs.
